TR9

Good news!

This site is slowly getting archived in favor of our new wider-community effort at Traquito.

After trying and failing with other materials, we are currently making custom balloons using a material called TR9. It is a 40 micron PE/PA/EVOH/PA/PE film that meets the requirements of;

Strength
Gas barrier
Weldability
Lightweight

The TR9 is supplied by Vepak in the Czech Republic. This is the material that TT7 uses, he was kind enough to send us the supplier’s contact info (thanks Tomas!).
